The story begins several years ago.
The European Parliament notes that insufficient financing of the entrepreneur, has a negative impact on business, society and the economy within the EU.
The European Parliament therefore decides that the entrepreneur may directly and independently turn to the public (the market) to borrow money.
An important freedom for the entrepreneur, previously this was prohibited by law.
The Netherlands is also relaxing its regulations and legislation.
